NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

This is the club's fundraiser for Long Island Cares. Register on our website where there is a link to sign up. A donation of $20.00 dollars is required to sign up, feel free to donate more than $20.00. This ride will go to Nettie's, than return to the park. There will be a tailgate party on our return, so please bring something to share. To join my ride, please text Bill G. at 631-356-3036 with your full name and date of ride. Check for changes the day of the ride, if any, changes will be posted by 07:00am.

After the ride we will meet in the picnic area for food and treats brought by our members so try to bring something to share with everyone.
Switching the SBRA CARES B+ ride to Netties Bakery thinking we may need some of their hot coffee or Chocolate on a crisp fall ride to go with their delicious pastries. Use of bathrooms are available.
We will try to keep the ave speed to a low to mid B+ pace so we will have the energy to enjoy the after ride celebration in the picnic area. Group stays together, water stops when necessary.

Follow the links and sign up for the SBRA Cares ride and meet at Southaven Park. Pre and post ride socializing with BYO and sharables. The route has all familiar roads and the pace will be a social A - no one dropped. Come on out and join us for a fun ride and worthy cause. Hope to see a lot of those smiling faces that have enjoyed our rides this summer.

This will be a C+ ride, which will average 12.2 - 12.8. My route is not set, and the distance could be 21-23 - wherever we go, there will be food and bathrooms are available.
This is the club's FUND RAISER RIDE for LONG ISLAND CARES. If you want to come on this ride you must register on the website where the link to sign up is available. Sign-up requires a donation of $20 (minimum), which will be donated to Long Island Cares. In addition, I am limiting the number of riders on my rides and you musttext me with your name, SBRA Member Number, and Emergency Contact phone number if you want to do my ride. I will return the text: YES, you have a spot…or…NO, Ride Filled. NO TEXT, NO RIDE!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start to "get yourself" ready.
I plan to go to Netties for a brief break. Mostly flat with a few little inclines taken at your own pace. You must register for this ride on the website which is a donation to the Harry Chapin Food Bank LI Cares. We will tailgate after the ride so bring something to share with your fellow riders.
