NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

We will be leaving the bank heading to Babylon.  There will be a quick break at the Docks.  This is a B- ride that will average around 14.5 - 15 mph with road speeds that will reach 16 to 19 mph.

This C+ ride of 20-25 miles will average 11.5-12.5mph. Bring snack/hydration as route depends on wind, tide, position of moon and ride leaders disposition. Newbies welcome and well taken care of and nobody gets left behind. Any cancellation will be by 8:30am. No need to text, email, phone, send message by carrier pidgeon or smoke signal me. Just show up 15-20 minutes before ride start to get your s**t together.

Our usual ride out to Netties where we will take a break under their covered porch or their wood stove heated cabin. Two bathrooms are available in their bake shop. 

Paceline ride where everyone stays together. Waitups or slowdowns for those that fall behind.

Off to Bean and Bagel on mostly local roads in Manorville and Calverton.  Bean and Bagel has indoor tables, and outdoor tables shielded from the wind by fences and a giant tarp above the tables.  To join this ride, contact Bil G. at 631-356-3036 with your full name and date of ride.  Check the ride calendar the day of the ride for changes, which woud be posted by 08:00am.
