got a clean bill of health from the doctor. all my concerns/issues should/will decrease over time. the procedure was textbook and the pathology unremarkable. all is good!! he suggested a few days off the bike (it's been only 6 days) which means no hope house ride(but i still want the jersey). though the doctor is not a cyclist, i did leave him a sbra application.

with that said, i would like to thank the sbra members and my/the extended cycling family for all their support. the emails, phone calls, RIDE REPORTS, and positive thoughts really smoothed out this "bump in the road". i am grateful to each and everyone. i hope to ride with you all in the very very near future. i'll be the one with the fresh legs!!
