I love bike riding. The one thing I miss about my riding is not longer being able to go on day journeys with my wife. Due to medical issues she can not longer ride with me. Well, due to technology this has changed. Thanks to the great staff of Pedago Bikes of Stony Brook my wife now owns a Pedago Interceptor. I ride my Surly LHT, she rides her electric assist bike, and off we go. 

We all age. It is great to know that when riding becomes a burden there is this new technology to keep us out there. We all know how important bike riding is for the body and the soul, now it will not have to end. 

There are those who frown on electric bikes, they say it is cheating, I say no, better to be out there with some assist then sitting on your couch wishing you could be out there.
