Nexcycle is the new indoor cycle studio in Saint James which features the Free Motion Bicycle. Beginning February 5, i will be teaching the Tuesday and Thursday 6am class. I am an avid cyclist and hope to bring my outside experience inside to you. What makes the Free Motion Bikes special is that they have consoles that records power, cadence, speed, and more. My rides will incorporate these parameters as we ride inside to be stronger outside.

During the week of January 28, the Tuesday and Thursday classes will be free to members and non-members. Bikes will be available on a first come/first served basis so please arrive early. Come see the studio. come ride the bikes. bring a friend.
