This is hills 101: lots of hills taken at your own speed. Everyone waits for everyone after the hills; there's no push from the leader. We do B- on the flats and whatever we can on the hills. We will ride to the lighthouse in Old Field for a quick water break. There is a bathroom and snack stop (bring your snack) after the flat 3 mile beach loop.
Please check back by 7:30 am for cancellations or changes morning of ride for any reason. My cell, morning of ride, 631-835-1454. Beforehand, you can contact me via this post.

We will go to Middle Island this week. We'll get there using The Bartlett’s or Ashton. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.8 and 15.0 mph. The road speed will be between 15 and 17 mph. We’ll go slower, if it’s hot and the humidity is high...Around mile 12 we’re going to stop at the senior citizen discount bagel shop or the deli.
