NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Easy A paced ride. Warm-up through local Oakdale streets. Some different scenery and some familiar routes combine to make this a fun ride, hopefully. Download the route-so we don't all get lost.We can stop in Bellport at mile 21 for the deli, bathroom, and tires and tubes at Kreb's; other breaks as needed.
Rolling out to the Northville Tanks for some fun than on to Jamesport for a quick break before heading back. We'll use our usual routes but please make yourself familiar with the route. This ride "we go EZ".
Had a relapse and was off the bike for awhile, so going to go a littlte slower to get back on the bike. Mostly flat except for Ponquogue Bridge and easy rolloers in Eastport on the way back. Bonus 10 miles if grroup is game to ride to Cupsogue. This is not a feeding frenzy ride. This is a fat burning ride. QUICK pit stop at Tullys. Water stops as needed. Zoomie says you can use his pool (but not his boogie board) to cool off after the ride. Number below is house so no texts. Dave will sleep through his own snoring so the phone will not wake him.

Join up with your felllow septa, octo, nona and any other genarians on a relaxing ride to Manorville. Leader will maintain a 12-13 mph level ground cruising speed, but will adjust to the needs of the group. No one will be dropped. Any changes will be posted by 8 AM.
Today's Mi Tierrita ride will be going to Smith’s Point. The route is mostly flat with a small incline here and there and of course the Woodside bigger incline. The average pace for the ride will be between 14.0 to 15.0 mph, depending on the roads, wind direction. The road speed will be between 15 and 16.5 mph.
We'll stop along the way for a bathroom break around mile 10. Don’t forget to bring a snack for the beach stop. Do you know what AGUAPANELA is? Come and find out; PARKING: Use the area of the parking lot on the SOUTH side first.

We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.
