NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

We'll  tag-along on Alley's Tag-along IF Chris chooses to do the North route (he hasn't posted yet) ... if Chris and Alley do the flat eastern route out to Manorville then I will be doing the north route regardless!! Come ride the three challenging hills of the Kreb ride and get a feel of the Gravity of the situation ;-)... no one gets left behind as we do hill top waitups.

Looks like a hot one so lets keep the mileage to 30 and aim to be finished by 11-11:30. We will do scenic loops around the bay area. This ride will average 15.5 to 15.9 mph depending on the winds and heat. There will be a break at a deli in East Moriches. My cell number is 631 560 4772
