NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

The usual M.O.M ride. Cruise 19-22, Avg 19 depending on the weather/wind.

Please keep in mind that this is not a training ride but a recreational ride and if you cannot ride at the above specs then find another. Last week's M.O.M ride came in at 19.4 average and everyone enjoyed it. That's what I want to see happen. We stayed together as a group and there was little to no surging.

We will be leaving the bank heading to Babylon.  There will be a quick break at the Docks/Deli.  This is a B- ride that will average around 14.5 - 15 mph with road speeds that will reach 16 to 19 mph. Please come to ride to celebrate Lynn's special day.

An Intermediate ride on the East side of the powerlines but we stick with the slowest rider and maybe cut back the hills in the north end (Monster Mash will be skipped as it's impossible with the leaves). More ride info later.
