NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

This ride is hills 101.  We ride to the Setauket lighthouse (where we have our snack) and back. There is no bathroom on this ride.  Doing this ride over the weeks makes us stronger on hills and on the flats.  We ride together on the flatter sections and when we get to the hills we take them at our own pace and meet up at the top.  New hill riders are welcome.  Any questions, please text me at 631-835-1454.  

Please let me know if you're coming on the ride (text above).  If there are no takers, I will leave from home.  Hope to see a few SBRA'ers Tuesday.  Any change or cancellation will be posted by 8am morning of ride.
