    RIDE CHANGED TO KAYAKING FROM JFK SCHOOL DOWN TIMBER POINT RD AND ONE LOOP AROUND HECKSCHER! BRING EXTRA PADDLES!

    Ride through the area around East Islip south of Montauk Hwy and Islip along Union Blvd. Depending on wind, tide and temps we may do a loop or two on the bike path in Heckscher Park and/or a loop down to Islip Beach. Cancellation for any reason will be posted no later than 4PM on Tuesday. Newbies always welcome. Pace should come in around 11-12.6MPH. No one left behind. Get off your Butt and get some exercise. Mileage depends on groups ability.
