    I haven't posted this one in awhile. Let’s take a scenic ride through Eastport, Remsenburg, and Westhampton Beach. The average pace will be between 14.5 and 15.0 mph. The average will depend on the wind, road conditions, geese, ducks, squirrels, rabbits and that stray goat you see every once in awhile. Naturally the road speed will be greater to obtain the average. You won’t get left behind if you’re having a bad day. Around mile 5 we'll be 1 block from the start if you feel you need to go back for any reason

    Around mile 22 we’ll stop at the Beach Bakery for some goodies and a bathroom break before heading back to the start.
