    Tuesday night ride through Stony Brook, Setauket, Old Field and Poquot resumes.

    Sunset at 7:14pm permits a 5:00pm start with this 19 mile ride.

    Average should come in mid 14s to low 15s.  Pace will be in the high teens with average slowed due to hills.
