    High Intense Work-Out - please be self sufficient with conditioning, equipment, etc - we hammer the inclines and wait-ups at the top or before a turn...flats are in pace line formation and we like to share the work load...4:45PM at Friendlys in Smithtown - we ride to start and pick-up anyone there and head-out.  Questions/Comments - 917-861-5858 - Brian
