    First time at Rocky Point this year. I plan to do the whole trail including black diamonds. The mileage HAS BEEN adjusted based on recorded distance.  The B/B+ classification does not indicate the speed but the effort  required.  Since it's the first time here this year and a long distance this ride will be slower than typical. I CONSIDERED making this a B Level ride to emphasize the lower speed! I pushed too fast too early in MVH today and suffered the last 6 miles ;-( .

    Dress for WINTER ... the temp is forecast to be about 25F AND we learnt today at Manorville Hills as the wind may not slow you down as on the road but it was CHILLY ... I'll be packing handwarmers ;-)
