    Ride the hills through Stony Brook, Setauket and Old Field (Three Village).

    Sunset at 7:29pm permits a 5:00pm start with this 19 mile ride.

    Average should come in mid 14s to low 15s.  Pace will be in the high teens with average slowed due to hills.
