Meet up at Coram Movieland shopping center; the usual spot adjacent to Dunkin Donuts.  We'll take a tour to Cedar Beach with a few rolling hills and one or two bigger hills along N. Country and climbing up from the Beach.  The rest is gravy.  We'll be keeping a B- pace except up hill and down hill and if there are strong head winds. We'll take a short break at the beach to enjoy the water, sun and sand.  Bring snacks and water as there won't be any lunch stops.  Any changes will be posted by 8:30 am day of ride.
