    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Let's hop on the bikes at Coram Pine and take a ride to Shoreham beach for beautiful view of LI Sound.  We'll take rolling Whiskey Road out and return on north shore hills (nothing very tough) along Lower Rocky Pt Rd through Rocky Point & Sound Beach.  Group can decide toward end whether to add on an additional challenge of extra miles & hills to Cedar Beach.  Average will depend on riders, wind, hills etc but consider this a B- level.

    Bring snacks and water.  There will be no food stops. 

    If rain threatens check website for changes or cancellation by 8:30 am.
