    Join in for an afterwork spin to Cedar Beach.  The scenery doesn't get any better.  There are a couple of nice down hills and a couple of nice up hills.  Wait ups at the top (or bottom), no cyclist left behind.  Park by the Dunkin Donuts.  Cancellation/changes will be posted by 4:00 PM.  Call my cell if you have any questions.
