    Note early start to beat some of the heat

    Rolling hills via Smithtown, Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor and St James to Stony Brook. Mileage includes West Meadow Beach. If really hot, 6 mile RT ride to the beach may be cut from ride. Return ride has fewer hills than ride out.
