    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    I'm not feeling well so I'm changing to easier pace and 9am start. We'll go past the big duck and stop for the restroom. Then continue on to Tully's for the break. Then dune road. I'll be looking to keep this easy B pace. Speed Will be around 16. If you thought about trying a B ride this might be a good one . check for any changes by 7:30am day of.
