Ride changed to Sunday, 4/23/17.  For details on the Metric Practice rides, review the earliest March postings.  This ride is also open to riders not planning to do the Metric Century.  The ride will be about 50 miles, with rest stops at Briermere Pies and Wildwood State Park. This ride is similar to the Metric 5 ride, with an additional 5 miles added on to the Brieremere section.  Pace will be in the standard C+/B- range.  For info; contact Bill at 631-356-3036. Note:  Be sure to check the ride calendar for any changes, which would be posted by 7:15am day of ride.  Park in King Kullen lot facing McDonald's and 7-11. With warmer temperatures it is advisable to bring 2 water bottles on your ride.  If you need more water or food, we will make a deli stop just prior to the park.  If you wish to share the cost of a pie, bring singles and quarters.
