    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving Bank of America we will be heading to Great River, East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we're onto Connetquot bike path and into Bohemia.  We will be stopping at Starbucks for a short break.  

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph and roads speeds that reach 16 to 17 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:00am day of the ride.
