Well it's the end of the line, finished, all over!  This is the last Century training ride.  Thanks again to everyone who rode with me, and to everyone who supported us and allowed us to get out and ride.  Good luck to everyone who'll be riding the Railroad Century or the Metric.  

This week we'll tamper-off the mileage and let the legs have a rest before next weekend. We'll hit Mill Road and then head out to Briermere, ride a few miles on the North Fork, before we spin on home.
