    I'm a bit under the weather so I'll need to cancel this ride.

    I"'ll be filling in for Cathy as leader on today's ride, Jim will be our navigator.

    I've done this ride a few times, and it really is a great route.

    It's not flat. Hills build character.

    Here's Cathy's ride description:

    This excellent ride, created by Jim Flanagan, has really beautiful views and includes Caumsett State Park, Sagamore Hill and Center Island. It's a perfect blend of hills, flats & FUN Downhills, lots of long FUN downhills! The rest stop is at the Bayville Deli. Experience Nassau's "Gold."

    Please be ready to roll at 8:30.

    Any ride updates will be posted by 7 am the morning of the ride.
