    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving the bank we will ride to the Great River & East Islip areas.  Then we will head to the park for a quick loop and return to the bank. There will be a restroom break at the park.  

    This is a B- ride that will average 14.5 to 15mph and road speeds that will reach 16-17mph.  If you have any question concerning this ride you can reach me at 516 448-8545
