    Cancellation for weather or other reason will be posted no later than 8am.

    Hills 101.  Go up at your own pace and meet the group at the top.  Flats will be 13-15 cruising and I'll meet you all at the top.  Hoping to increase to B- average by end of our run in September.  This ride has no bathroom stop, but there is a bathroom at Marshalls at the start.  Bring a snack for our stop at the lighthouse in Setauket.  Questions before day of ride, email me at [frchtchr@hotmail.com ].  Morning of ride, you can call my cell:  631-835-1454.
