    This ride is now scheduled for Tuesday morning at 8:30am.

    We will be leaving Back of American in East Islip heading to Great River and into Heckscker park for a restroom break around mile 10, and a loop around the park. Then heading North into Central Islip for a few miles before returning to the bank.  Please bring your snacks and drinks for this ride.

    This is a B ride with an average speed of 15 to 15.5 mph, road speeds may reach 17-18mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:00am day of the ride.
