    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Let everyone else get sweaty and intense while we while away the miles enjoying the scenery.  There will be a break about half-way with snacks to purchase and a bathroom.  Be sure to bring your helmet, water bottles, extra tubes (to insure we don't need them!) and a smile.  Contact me prior to ride at my email [frchtchr@hotmail.com].  Day of ride, my cell is 631-835-1454.
