    Rolling hills to West Meadow Beach via Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, Stony Brook.

    Most of hills on the way to West Meadow Beach and immediately leaving Stony Brook on the return,
    Deli stop at Fratellis in Stony Brook.
    Speed will be lower in hilly sections
    No go in rain
