    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will go to Islip Beach area and return to the Post Office.  Please bring your drinks and snacks.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.

    This is a B ride that will average 15 to 15.5 mph, road speeds may reach 16-18mph.  Lights and reflective clothing are recommended.

    We have permssion to park at the Post Office on the South West side of the lot near the parking lot Exit.
