    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

       --  RIDE CANCELED  --  Due to the forecast for rain, thunderstorms and high winds this ride is canceled.  It will be reschedule for Wednesday afternoon.

    Leaving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and returning to Bank of America.  Bring snacks and drinks for this ride.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph and roads speeds that reach 16 to 17 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 3:00pm day of the ride.
