This Week Bobby will be subbing for me, since I will be away.
This is a weekly ride for those interested in strengthening their hill climbing. The ride is 28 miles, but more than half of that will be the flats we do after the hills. This ride isn't a "race to the top" type of ride, rather, it's an individual opportunity for riders to get stronger. During the hill portion of the ride, there will be no sweep; however, there will be frequent wait ups, and no one will be dropped. The stop will be at McDonald's
A word about the ride level. It's listed as a B-; however, that will be dependent on the weather and the ability of those who show up.
I used to hate hills and avoid them at all costs, a good friend got me interested in doing them, and now I actually enjoy them. So give it a try!
