    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher States Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will go to Islip Beach area and return to the Post Office.  Please bring your drinks and snacks, and remember that the Baker will have a special treat for us after the ride. 

    This is a B ride with an average speed of 15-15.4 mph, road speeds may reach 16-18mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:30am day of the ride.

    We have permssion to park at the Post Office on the South West side of the lot near the parking lot Exit.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.
