    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then onto Connetquot bike path and returning to Bank of America.  Bring snacks and drinks for this ride.

    This is a B ride with an average speed of 15 to 15.5 mph and roads speeds that reach 17 to 18 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 6:30am day of ride.
