    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Heading to the beach at a slower pace than Trish. Bring water and sunscreen and there is a quick stop at 7-11 to pick up a snack for the beach if needed. Pace should be 10.8-11.8 a tad faster on the flats and down hill. As always NOBODY left behind and Newbies always welcome. Any cancellation will be by 8am.
