    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come and join me for a ride from Holtsville (Greenbelt Rec. Center) to Ronkonkoma, and back through Bohemia. We will take our break at Cooky's Deli, where food and bathroom facilities are available.

    I have changed the pace from my original posting, as I "over did it" on my ride earlier in the week. So, now this will be a C pace ride which will average 11.8 - 12.3. There will be cue sheets.

    NOTE: The entrance to the parking lot is on Greenbelt Parkway, off Patchogue Holbrook Rd., between Nocolls Road & Woodside Ave.
