First of all, thanks again to Ron for putting this together again. This is going to be a great ride. We’ll start out from the parking lot weaving our way through Patchogue on the way to Wertheim. We will be following the fast, faster, and fastest groups until they are small specs in the distance. There will be a bathroom break at Wertheim around mile 12. All this will be accomplished with an average pace between 14.5 and 15.0 mph, +/- depending on wind conditions, humidity and other factors. Naturally the road speed will be slightly higher, 15-16.5 mph to produce the average.

 When we get back it’s off to Blue Point Brewery where we can sample/buy the new stuff that is hitting the market. Please bring some snacks or food for after the ride. Sometimes there is a truck there that sells food, but not always, so don’t count on it. You don’t have to go to the brewery just come for the ride; myself, I have a party to go to after the ride.
