    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving Back Of American in East Islip heading to Great River, East Islip Marina and Heckscher Park.  Then we will head North to Bohemia. The restroom stop and food break will be around mile 26 in Bohemia.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph, road speeds may reach 17-18mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:30am day of ride.
