    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then to Islip Beach and returning to Bank of America.  Bring snacks and drinks for this ride.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph and roads speeds that reach 16 to 17 mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 3:30pm day of the ride.
