On the road again after a relapse. Sooo, starting out a little slower, will avg upper 16s. My usual Dune Road route. Bonus 10 miles if group wants to go to Cupsogue Beach. Stretch your legs on Dune Road plus some long straights on the way out and back. QUICK pit stop (fuel and go) at Tully's. Water (fill up and empty) stops as needed. Mostly flat except for Ponquogue Bridge and easy rollers on the way back. Zoomie says you can use his pool, but not is boogie board, to cool off after the ride if you want. Number below is house phone so no texts. I get up early and Dave can sleep through his snoring so there is no way the phone will wake him.
