    Sorry for the short notice but the forecast now indicates 50% chance of rain between 4 to 6PM.

    Ride time changed to 2PM, also may shorten ride to 20 miles.

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will go to Islip Beach area and return to the Post Office.  Please bring your drinks and snacks.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.

    Changes or cancelation will be posted by 3:30pm day of ride.

    This is a B- ride that will average 14.5 to 15mph, road speeds may reach 16-17mph.
