    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Our usual route to the lighthouse in Setauket and Trustees Rd. at the beach.  Our break will be at the beach; bring your own snacks.  There is a bathroom there.  Go up the hills at your own speed; no pressure here.  We meet up at the top and ride to the next hill.  Expect to come in around 14 mph average.  Before ride, contact me at my email [frchtchr@hotmail.com].
