    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will head East Islip area and back to the Post Office.  Please bring your drinks and snacks.

    This is a B- ride that will average 14.5 to 15mph, road speeds may reach 17-18mph.
