    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Leaving the bank we will be heading to Smith Point. There will be a few restroom stops along the way that we can use when needed: Patchogue & Wertheim Refuge. We will also take a short break at Smith Point so please bring a snack and drink for this stop. The food stop will be on the returning route at the Bellport Deli around mile 40.  

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph, no one left behind.   Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:00AM day of ride.
