Meet  us in the Masapequ Park train station, park at the far east corner of the lot, next to the small preserve lot.  We'll be riding through Bethpage State Park (paved trail), restrooms in the park should be open, this will be a quick stop.  From there we'll continue on the Bethpage Bikeway Trail to Plainview.  There are a few hills within the park and on the Bethpage trail, nothing to be concerned about.  Due to some hills, and the fact this is a shared walking/jogging and riding trail, I'm posting this at a C+ pace.  The distance will range between 22 - 24 miles.  There will be another restroom stop on our return back to the train station.  Please be sure to bring ample snacks and drinks since there won't be a food stop.
