    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to East Islip Marina and Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.   Next we will head to Islip Beach and return to the Post Office.   Our food break will be at McDonalds around mile 23 before the beach.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.

    Changes or cancelations will be posted by 7:30am day of the ride.

    This is a B ride that will average 15 to 15.5mph, road speeds will reach 17-19mph.
