    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Roll out of Carl Hart at 7:50 at a steady pace. Everyone gets a chance up front as we rotate from the front to the back after a short pull.

     

    There are two other shop rides out of Carl Hart the same morning. 

    The first ride is 34 miles and is lead by Lenny P. It's a B+/A ride and rolls out of the shop at 7:30 sharp. 

    The next ride follows the route I follow below and rolls at 7:45. This goes out at an AA pace!
