Who's up for a challenge???  Need extra miles before the end of the month???  Goal is to achieve at least 150 miles by the end of the day.  What a way to end the season!!

Ride from E. Islip to Montauk and return.  If we encounter any problems on the way back we can take bus/train service back to Great River train station.  LIRR is now performing track work on weekdays between Montauk and Speonk so they indicated bus service will be provided.  I will contact them on Monday to obtain detail information about this.  If we need to take a bus/train, you will need purchase a bike permit.  Cost is $5 for a lifetime bike permit and this can be purchased on board train.

Rest/hydration stops as needed (approx every 25-30 miles).  Quick lunch in Montauk before return.
