    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving from East Islip BOA heading to South Haven Park in Yaphank.  Our rest stop and bathroom break will be at South Haven Park a little more than halfway through the ride.  Please bring an adequate amount of snacks and drinks.  There will be no food for purchase stop on this ride.  

    This is a 46 mile B- ride that will have an average speed of 14.5 to 15mph and road speeds that will reach 17-19mph.

    Note: The Baker has a special treat for us after the ride. Is it a donut or is it a muffin??  Who knows for sure!!
